Recognizing that Binson’s Rx is committed to leadership and excellence in the delivery of quality health care products and services, Binson’s Rx provides required pharmaceutical services in accordance with accepted ethical professional practices.
Valley Supplemental Staffing, Inc.
The mission of Valley Supplemental Staffing, Inc. d/b/a Binson’s Nursing and Staffing Services is to provide quality based, continuous hourly or per visit home care services to the client in their home or place of residence; to meet the chronic, non-acute health care needs of the community at large in a manner which is cost effective for the consumer and supportive of continued and viable growth for the agency.
Northern Brace Company, Inc.
Northern Brace Company, Inc. d/b/a Northern Brace/Northern Prosthetics, is dedicated to provide “Complete Quality Services and Personalized Care” to our patients, strives to be a leader in our field, with the highest standards of technical excellence appropriate to the needs of our community, seeks relationships with other community healthcare providers to truly provide the best care for our patients, and treats our co-workers fairly and with respect, so all of us can enjoy a good quality of life.

1953:
Establishment of Binson's Pharmacy by S. George Binson in Center Line, Michigan
1966:
Birth of Binson’s Hospital Supplies, Inc., our home medical equipment operations, led by James E. Binson
1979:
Reorganization and naming James E. Binson as president
1980:
Expansion of Binson's operations across multiple branch sites
1982:
Start of operations in the State of Florida
1985:
Formation of joint venture, Peoples Home Medical Equipment, Inc.
1987:
Began partnership with the Sisters of Bon Secours Health System
1990:
Formation of joint venture, H-Care, with Hurley Medical Center
1992:
Establishment of Northwood, Inc., a manager of an extensive HME and P&O provider network
1997:
Expansion of Northwood, Inc. and formation of CareLinc Medical Equipment and Supply Company, LLC
2003:
Launch of a subsidiary medical gas supply company, Airserve, LLC, by Northwood
2009:
Opening of new fulfillment facility with advanced technology and warehousing processes
2010:
Expansion into Altamonte Springs, Florida with a full-service HME location
2012:
Extension into Livonia, Michigan, and enhancement of Orthotics and Prosthetics program
2014:
Start of major warehouse expansion project, opening retail locations in Livonia and St. Mary Mercy Hospital
2016:
Recognition with DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program-National Mail Order Re-compete Contract
2017:
Expansion into Dearborn, Michigan
2018:
Entry into Ann Arbor serving the University of Michigan Hospital patients
2019:
Expansion into Brighton, Michigan, and partnership with United Health Care Community Plan
2020:
Expansion of exclusive partnership with Total Health Care, Inc. to include all lines of business and DMEPOS services
2021:
Expansion into Grand Rapids, Michigan
