Some things you should know about the Program
- Orders are delivered every 30 days
- A licensed nurse must assess every Beneficiary and help them choose the best incontinence, urological, and/or ostomy products
- Beneficiaries have a monthly budget of $162.50 for incontinence products
- Medicaid does not pay for incontinence products for Beneficiaries under the age of 3

Enrolling in our Indiana Incontinence Program is simple. All you need to do to get started is call our Toll Free number 1-888-217-9610 and we will get everything set up over the phone. We will handle the following during our phone call:
- Collect all personal demographics & primary physician information
- Perform or schedule a state-required nursing assessment (performed by phone)
- Assist Beneficiaries in selecting their products or send samples
- Set up a shipping date with the Beneficiary for monthly orders
- Provide Beneficiaries with our toll-free number and instructions for reordering supplies
- Monitor changes in Beneficiaries, condition and product utilization via future nursing assessments
