Today we wanted to feature a product that we think can be a great addition to your everyday life. There are many different kinds of uses for this particular product that we think it deserves a spot on our "Medical Hack" list. In fact, we wanted to share our top 4 favorite uses for reachers or grabbers.
These are our Top 4 Favorite uses for Reachers and Grabbers
1: Tippy toe no more.
We have all been in the position where something we need is just out of reach. Maybe something got pushed to the far back of the top cabinet or shelf for instance. I know personally, I have come up with creative ways to obtain said item in a pinch. Most of which I would categorize as unsafe. Keep those feet planted safely on the ground and use a reacher to get your favorite coffee mug from the top shelf you told your son not to put it on.
2: Cleaning out of Reach.
You're relaxing in your chair, looking up towards the ceiling and almost ready to doze off, until you see it. The big clump of dust collecting on the ceiling fan. Your eye twitches but you quickly recall what happened the last time you climbed up on the kitchen chair to knock it down. Rest easy, with a reacher you can grab your dusting cloth and eliminate that pesky dust bunny with ease, safely.
3: Back out of Whack
You lost it. The tv remote just slipped off of your lap, bounced on the carpet, and onto the dining room floor. It would have been fine there if Buttons your cat didn't promptly attack it sending it sliding underneath the kitchen table. Your favorite show is minutes from starting...on the other channel. What do you do? Your back hasn't been the same since your victory dance winning last week's euchre tournament. Fret not, use your reacher to safely and easily grab the remote and return to your show in plenty of time.
4: Help in the Bedroom
Okay, take it easy we are talking about dressing here. A grabber can be very useful for helping pull up your slacks, putting on your long sleeve shirt, or putting your shoes on. If you have ever had to limit what you wear because of how difficult it was to put on, you may want to look into a reacher.
These are just a few useful ways to use a reacher. We are sure you can come up with many more uses. That is why it deserved a spot as a "Medical Hack". We think remaining independent is important, and one of the ways to do that is to perform your daily tasks safely.
