Understanding the New Indiana Medicaid Changes: A Guide for Binson's Customers

In this article, we'll discuss the recent procedure changes for member’s receiving medical supplies who transitioned from Indiana Medicaid to Indiana Medicaid’s Pathway’s program administered by Managed Care Entities. 

 

What's Changing with Supply Ordering?

Indiana Medicaid’s Pathway’s Managed Care Entities have implemented new procedures affecting how medical orders are processed. Indiana Medicaid’s Pathway’s Managed Care Entities now require consent for all medical supply orders for eligible members over 60. For timely deliveries, your confirmation is necessary before we ship. We've suspended automatic shipments to comply with these  guidelines. 

 

What Do Binson's Customers Need to Do?

  1. Contact Our Team: Before we can ship your next order, please call 1-888-217-9610 to confirm your order details.
  2. Update Your Records: We will need to update and verify your insurance information and discuss your preferred method of contact for future interactions.

 

Why This Update Matters

Binson’s can no longer auto ship members transitioned from Indiana Medicaid to Indiana Medicaid’s Pathway’s Managed Care Entities. Customer’s will not receive their monthly supply order without contacting Binson’s first. These changes are designed to ensure accuracy in order processing and insurance compliance. It also allows for a more personalized service, making sure that the supplies you receive precisely meet your current health needs.
