Need Assistance Troubleshooting?

ResMed’s technical support team can help troubleshoot connectivity issues with the serial number for your device(s). You can then contact them at TechnicalCare@resmed.com or call 1-800-424-0737 with that information and they will be able to determine if it is part of the 3G issue. If so, they will work with you further to resolve the issue.

The first thing they will ask is “did you unplug and plug your device in to power cycle the device to see if it will connect?” It is important for them to know if this has been done already in order for them to streamline their process.

To streamline things even further please include this information when sending in a request for help from our team.

Conclusion

That's all there is to it. We hope this guide was helpful for you! If you have any questions about your CPAP data or how to view it, please contact us.
